Become a Partner; Volunteer!

At Vanguard Classical School, our volunteers enhance the learning experiences of all of our students. We truly want our volunteers to partner with the school and our Board of Directors to help make the school all that it can become.

As a Vanguard parent/guardian, you are expected to volunteer 20 hours per year in some capacity.  So..... What's your twist on twenty?  To begin volunteering, please do the following: (For New Volunteers please fill out all forms, for Renewal Volunteers, please fill out the Volunteer Application and the CBI Name Check.)

  1. West Volunteer Application or  East Volunteer Application
  2. Code of ConductVolunteer Confidentiality Form
  3. CBI Name Check Form
  4. Turn in completed forms at the Front Desk.
  5. Contact your campus Volunteer Coordinator with any questions.
For the continued safety of our children, we complete reference and background checks on all individuals who volunteer in our school. Every volunteer wears a name badge and checks in and out at the Front Desk.

Individuals will be notified when they are eligible to volunteer. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing.

Please track your volunteer hours in the log book at the front desk. All hours count on or off campus.
